How to: Remove subdocuments from a master document.
Solution:
Click on the subdocument icon and press DELETE or select the 'Remove Subdocument' on the Master document toolbar.
1) Open the master document.
2) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Master Document'.
3) click on the subdocument icon of subdocument that is to be removed
4) Do one of the following:
a) Press DELETE.
b) Select the 'Remove Subdocument' on the Master document toolbar.
